Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The return request must be submitted within 60 days of the delivery date.
• The item must be in its original condition.
• Whenever possible, items should be returned with the original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included components.
• Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or order number) is required.

Please note that returned products showing excessive wear, intentional damage, or misuse may not qualify for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Gift cards
• Digital products or downloadable content
• Clearance or Final Sale items (when clearly marked)
• Products damaged through misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or improper handling

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Once verified, we'll gladly provide either:

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it:

1. Check with family members, neighbors, or your building management.

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will either resend your order or issue a full refund.

4. Once your returned package has been received and inspected, we'll notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Refund Processing

Once approved:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• Processing usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Order Cancellation

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery.

You may request an order cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order.

After this period, your order may already be packed or shipped and can no longer be canceled.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.

Lay a comfortable fitted tank flat and measure straight across the bust.

Measure Your Full Bust

Wrap a soft measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust, keeping it comfortably snug and level around your body.

Then use our recommended body measurement chart.
