Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak shopping seasons, holidays, or promotional events.

3. Shipping Costs
We proudly offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.
Any import duties, customs fees, VAT, or local taxes imposed by your country's customs authority remain the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing:
- Your tracking number
- A tracking link
- Shipping confirmation
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become active after shipment.

Some orders may arrive in multiple packages.
This can happen because:
- Products are shipped from different warehouses
- Certain items require separate packaging
- Inventory availability varies by fulfillment location
If you receive part of your order first, don't worry—the remaining items are still on their way.

If your package has not arrived within 30 business days after shipment, please contact our support team.

9. Delivered Packages
Once a shipment has been marked as Delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
If your tracking indicates successful delivery but you cannot locate your package, we recommend:
- Checking around your property
- Asking family members or neighbors
- Contacting your local postal carrier
- Checking with your apartment office or building management (if applicable)
If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist with a carrier investigation.
10. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries worldwide.
However, due to shipping carrier limitations, customs regulations, or local restrictions, some destinations may be unavailable.
If we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be notified promptly and receive a full refund.
