Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

- The item must be in its original condition.
- Whenever possible, items should be returned with the original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included components.
- Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or order number) is required.
Please note that returned products showing excessive wear, intentional damage, or misuse may not qualify for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Once verified, we'll gladly provide either:

Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it:
- Check with family members, neighbors, or your building management.
- Contact your local postal carrier.

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will either resend your order or issue a full refund.

- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Processing usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Order Cancellation
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery.

After this period, your order may already be packed or shipped and can no longer be canceled.
